Fitness Centers and Classes
At the Mercy Fitness Centers, not only do we make exercising easy; we make it affordable and FUN. Our fitness centers are staffed with knowledgeable and experienced physical trainers to help you tailor an exercise program that will meet your needs.We have all the latest equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, and exercise bikes; a comprehensive strengthening and conditioning area, and a diverse selection of classes and programs. The fitness centers are inexpensive and open to the public, however, we specialize in working with arthritic, diabetic, and cardiac patients. We also have several programs that are geared to older adults.
Eligibility and Cost
Anyone 16 years old and over is welcome to join. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, a doctors' approval may be required. Membership fees are $25/month plus a one-time activation fee of $30.3 months for $60; 6 months for $120; 12 months for $240

Health Education Classes
Knowing how to maintain good health is the first step to attaining it. Mercy Circle of Care offers numerous health education classes and support groups to aid you in your efforts to get and stay healthy. Many classes and groups are free but some do require a fee. Mercy Circle of Care can teach you the importance of reading food labels properly, using normal portion sizes for your body type, and which foods have the most/least nutritious value. An individual's mental and emotional well being is fundamental to their physical well being.
